At Out of the Box Solutions, we strive to efficiently train people to make a real difference in the community. Our DSPs are capable of working with both adults and children, and they are licensed throughout the State of Oregon to provide services in all counties. The role is a full-time or part-time job that pays $24 an hour with a flexible schedule.
The in-home supports and skills of a DSP include the following:
- Cooking
- Medication Assistance
- Scheduling
- Shopping
- Attending Medical Appointments

- Have Reliable Transportation and Proof of Insurance
